mixed experience due to room issues
places to eat good dining room size japanese channel
the hotel was close to railway by walk, and there were lots of places to eat around. (i found several good options).
the tv offered basically japanese channels, with cnn dubbed over. i felt the extra i paid for a "better" room higher up was not worth it.

Acceptable Stay with a Few Issues
small room poor noise isolation
The staff were friendly and the location was fairly convenient.
The room was unfortunately quite small and felt cramped. the noise isolation was poor. I could hear neighbors talking and using their bathrooms at all hours. This REALLY impacted my sleep.

Convenient Location and Great Amenities
convenient location excellent service
The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and various convenience stores. This made getting around simple. Staff provided excellent service, and I found the 24-hour convenience stores, including Family Mart and 7-Eleven, very useful. One was just across the street.
I noticed some of the new bath towels did not smell fresh. This was a slight concern. Although the towels was clean, some had a noticeable odor probably from storage.

The hotel includes multiple restaurants, though some may have limited hours. A smaller store exists inside the hotel, but it does not operate 24/7. A gym is available wanting to exercise .

The staff was very friendly and helpful during check-in and check-out processes. Customer service was very efficient. I also found the staff to be responsive with requests.

underwhelming stay
rattling noise weak coffee
the room felt smaller than advertised. the air conditioning unit made a constant rattling noise. i also found the breakfast options limited for the price, and the coffee tasted weak..

Excellent Hotel Experience
public transport spacious accommodation good restaurants
i found the location quite convenient to public transport it made travelling stress free. the accommodation was beautiful and spacious it provided ample room. i was pleased with the availability of food and restaurants within the hotel.
the hotel can be quite busy at peak times this sometimes affected the speed of service.

the room was very clean and well kept this provided a comfortable environment. the bed was comfortable and i found that the sheets were clean i appreciated this attention to detail.

the staff was helpful. convenience stores are conveniently located across the street. the breakfast was delicious. it was a great option.
the housekeeping did not always complete the room service until late in the afternoon.
